Ragda Puri is an easy and quick Indian snack at home. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />1 tsp Oil <br />1/4th tsp Turmeric <br />250 gms White Peas <br />Salt to taste <br />1/4th Cup Water <br />Puri <br />Boiled & Mashed Potato <br />Green Chutney <br />Date & Tamarind Chutney <br />Sev For Garnishing <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a pan heat some oil. <br />- Add turmeric powder and boiled ragda. <br />- Add some salt and water. Mix everything well. <br />- Let the ragda come to a boil. Switch off the flame. <br />- In a serving dish arrange all the puris. Break the puris open with your thumb. <br />- One by one in all the puris add mashed potatoes, salt, coriander leaves, green chutney, date & tamarind chutney. <br />- Garnish it with Sev. <br />- Ragda Puri is ready.
